Este paquete no es el trabajo original del autor: simplemente compiló CLEO v4.3 junto con un menú de mod listo para GTA San Andreas para simplificar la instalación y el uso para todos los jugadores. CLEO 4.3 es una herramienta de scripting legendaria ampliamente utilizada en la modificación de GTA San Andreas. El archivo ya incluye un menú de mod (.cs) y un archivo de configuración, por lo que todo está listo para usar sin configuraciones adicionales.
