Comet 964R for GTA San Andreas
The Comet 964R modification introduces a wide-body car inspired by the iconic vehicle from the Wangan Midnight series. This mod enhances the game with a completely new level of realism and detail, providing a unique driving experience. Significant changes have been made to the model, along with additional features that improve both the car’s visual and functional characteristics.
Requirements:
VehFuncs: Required for proper mod functionality. Without it, some elements like animation and car interaction may not work correctly.
Optional Add-ons:
- ImVehFt — for improved operation of the car’s external lights;
- Functional Components — for the full functionality of in-car elements.
Modified Features:
- The car's exterior has been transformed with an increased body width, giving it a more aggressive and stylish look.
- Point Collision: Realistic collision model for enhanced physics in the game.
- New Wheels: Unique wheels that complement the car’s style and improve its dynamics.
- Tinted Windows (two colors): Easier first-person driving thanks to improved visibility and the change in window tint.
- Front and rear lights have been redesigned in 3D, giving the car a modern appearance.
- Mirrors now look more detailed and functional.
- New Interior. The speedometer, tachometer, and other dashboard elements are now fully functional and light up when Functional Components are installed.
- ENV Reflection. Updated reflections on the body and wheels, which depend on the SkyGFX settings.
- Custom LOD Model. For better performance at different levels of detail.
- Compatible with downforce and Backfire ALS mods for increased realism.

- Working Steering Wheel: The steering wheel now moves in response to turning.
- Dynamic Brake Calipers: The brake calipers move in relation to the wheels.

- Extra Wheels: The mod includes three additional wheel variants for variety.
