La modificación mejora Ghost Town y lo hace accesible a través de 2 túneles en Shoreside Vale.
Se añadió a Ghost Town:
- Un pequeño aeropuerto;
- Una gasolinera;
- Un gran bosque;
- Jardín;
- Hangar;
- Villa Catalina;
- Restaurantes;
- Banco;
- Otros edificios.
Los peatones en las aceras aparecen en esta zona, pero no aparecen coches aquí.
Cómo instalar la modificación:
Primer paso:
Abre el archivo gta3.img que se encuentra en la carpeta "models" (que se encuentra en tu
carpeta raíz de gta3) con una herramienta IMG (busca en Google para encontrar y descargar ese programa)
Usando una herramienta IMG, añade todos los archivos DFF de la carpeta "DFF files" al archivo gta3.img.
Añade también los archivos TXD de la carpeta "TXD files" al archivo gta3.img, con una herramienta IMG.
Ahora abre con una herramienta IMG el archivo txd.img, que también se puede encontrar en la carpeta "models".
Y añade los archivos TXD de la carpeta "TXD files" al archivo txd.img.
Luego cierra la herramienta IMG, ve a la carpeta "data" (que se encuentra en tu carpeta raíz de gta3)
Coloca el archivo "gta3.dat" en esa carpeta y abre la carpeta "maps".
Coloca las carpetas "comse", "landne", "landsw" y "ulti" en la carpeta "maps". si pide reemplazo,
luego pulsa sí.

- A large forest;
- Garden;
- Hangar;
- Villa Catalina;
- Restaurants;
- Bank;
- Other buildings.
Pedestrians on the sidewalks appear in this area, but no cars appear here.
How to install the mod:
First step:
Open the gta3.img file which can be found in the "models" folder (that one can be found in your
gta3 root folder) with an IMG Tool (Google to find and download that program)
Using a IMG Tool, add all the DFF files from the "DFF files" folder into the gta3.img file.
Add also the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the gta3.img file, with a IMG Tool.
Now open with a IMG Tool the txd.img file, which be also can found in the "models" folder.
And add the TXD files from the "TXD files" folder into the txd.img file.
Then close the IMG Tool, go to the "data" folder (which can be found in your gta3 root folder)
Place the "gta3.dat" file into that folder, and open the "maps" folder.
Place the "comse", "landne", "landsw" and the "ulti" folders into that "maps" folder. if it ask for replacement,
then press yes.
