Intento de mejorar las ruedas del juego en la versión de PC de GTA 3.
Detalles:
- Todas las texturas han sido reemplazadas por sus análogas de la versión de XBOX.
- Nueva wheel_sport, basada en la textura de la versión de XBOX.
- Todas las ruedas tienen textura interna.
Se recomienda usar Modloader.
