En Counter-Strike Online (CSOL), la Granada de Agua Santa es una granada llena de agua bendita, que causa un daño continuo fuerte. Se puede usar en el Modo Biohazard II y Modo Biohazard III después de seleccionar a Fernando. Con una Licencia de Bio-Arma, también se puede usar en el Modo Catástrofe.
Causa aproximadamente 110 puntos de daño continuo por segundo a los zombis dentro del rango de explosión, durando alrededor de 8 segundos, con un daño total de más de 1,500. Sin embargo, no puede matar directamente a los zombis. Si explota directamente sobre un zombi, la salud del zombi disminuirá inmediatamente en 1,000.
Al enfrentarse a la "Sombra Barbie" invisible, la explosión puede hacerla visible brevemente, con llamas azules apareciendo en su cuerpo durante unos segundos.
