Este mod te permite ajustar el daño que CJ y su vehículo reciben durante diferentes situaciones de juego.
Puedes hacer que el juego sea más fácil o más difícil en general, durante persecuciones policiales, guerras de pandillas y en cualquier misión específica.
Actualización v.25.11.04:
- Se añadieron configuraciones para ajustar el daño durante persecuciones policiales según el nivel de búsqueda
- Se añadió la opción de hacer que los neumáticos sean indestructibles en cada situación
Características Principales:

- ¿Te diviertes mucho con CopsDriveBy pero ahora destruyen tu coche demasiado rápido? Este mod te ayudará.
- ¿Cansado del horrible manejo del coche cuando tus neumáticos están reventados? Con este mod puedes hacerlos indestructibles en cada situación.
- ¿Quieres un verdadero desafío y morir inmediatamente al ser disparado? Instala esto y ajusta tu daño al máximo.
- Las configuraciones predeterminadas ayudan a sobrevivir guerras de pandillas, persecuciones policiales y las siguientes misiones:

Instrucciones:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 o más reciente requerido
- Coloca la carpeta MissionBalancingTool en tu carpeta modloader
- Abre el archivo .ini y sigue las instrucciones.

Instructions:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 or newer required
- Place the folder MissionBalancingTool in your modloader folder
- Open the .ini file and follow the instructions.
