Este mod desactiva completamente el sistema estándar de cascos en GTA 5, que automáticamente coloca un casco al subirse a una motocicleta. En su lugar, el jugador obtiene control manual total a través de una tecla de acceso rápido (por defecto H), con animaciones realistas de ponerse y quitarse el casco.
La versión 1.0 incluye:
- Desactiva la colocación automática del casco;
- Animaciones realistas;
- Funciona tanto en la moto como fuera de ella;
- Compatible con personajes de la historia y del modo libre (modelos masculinos y femeninos).
Versión 1.1
- Puedes cambiar la tecla utilizada para equipar/desequipar el casco en el archivo HelmetControl.ini. La tecla por defecto es H.
- No puedes equipar o desequipar el casco mientras estés dentro de cualquier vehículo en movimiento. La animación solo es posible cuando el vehículo está detenido.
- El script carga la configuración predeterminada del casco (opción Helmet_1) para cada personaje directamente desde el archivo HelmetControl.ini. Puedes establecer fácilmente tu propio casco predeterminado editando DrawableId y TextureId para Helmet_1 en la sección correspondiente. En esta versión, el script SOLO utiliza Helmet_1 como el casco predeterminado.
Controles:
Tecla H — poner/quitar casco.
Requisitos:
- ScriptHookV;
- ScriptHookVDotNet.
Instalación:
- Extrae el contenido del archivo en la carpeta scripts en el directorio raíz de GTA 5;
- Inicia el juego — el mod se activará automáticamente.

This mod completely disables the standard helmet system in GTA 5, which automatically puts on a helmet when getting on a motorcycle. Instead, the player gets full manual control via hotkey (default H), with realistic animations of putting on and taking off the helmet.
Version 1.0 features:
- Disables automatic helmet donning;
- Realistic animations;
- Works both on and off the bike;
- Compatible with storyline and Freemode characters (male and female models).
Version 1.1
- You can change the key used to equip/unequip the helmet in the HelmetControl.ini file. The default key is H.
- You cannot equip or unequip the helmet while inside any moving vehicle. The animation is only possible when the vehicle is stationary.
- The script loads default helmet settings (Helmet_1 option) for each character directly from the HelmetControl.ini file. You can easily set your own default helmet by editing the DrawableId and TextureId for Helmet_1 in the appropriate section. In this version, the script ONLY uses Helmet_1 as the default helmet.
Controls:

Installation:
- Extract the contents of the archive to the scripts folder in the root directory of GTA 5;
- Start the game — the mod will be activated automatically.
