Ошибки ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_ALLOC приводят вас в бешенство? Всегда хотелось изменить файл gameconfig.xml без необходимости быть экспертом, чтобы не опасаться сделать игру нестабильной?
Rockstar лимитировали дефолтное ограничение памяти для игры ~500 MB. Этот файл расширяет её до 650 MB. Это как опция -Xm для Java, только это.. для игры.

Rockstar limited the default game allocator heap at ~500 MB. This makes it 650 MB. Think of it like the -Xm option for Java, except for... the game.
